Creating a New Service Estimate

Use this procedure to enter a new service (do-and-charge) estimate or an estimate for a field service job. (For more information about field service jobs, refer to "Introduction to Micronet Job Costing").

Technical Tip

Before you can create a new service estimate, you must have setup a job department for normal jobs in the Department master file.

Select ESTIMATES | SERVICE ESTIMATE.

Micronet displays the Estimate Information screen.

Enter the estimate header details.
